Best-selling author and Bilderberg sleuth says intelligence sources told him highest levels of U.S. government discussing what result would be if Congressman was killed

Best-selling author and Bilderberg sleuth Daniel Estulin says he has received information from sources inside the U.S. intelligence community which suggests that people from the highest levels of the U.S. government are considering an assassination attempt against Congressman Ron Paul because they are threatened by his burgeoning popularity.

Estulin, whose information has unfortunately proven very accurate in the past, went public with the bombshell news during an appearance on The Alex Jones Show today.

“I am getting information from my sources that there are people involved from a higher level of the American establishment who are seriously considering – this has not been confirmed – but assassination is definitely on the agenda and I pray to God that this is not the case,” said Estulin.

Estulin, an award winning investigative journalist, said that he was given the information from a source that has been reliable for over a decade in providing accurate projections of future events based on what the elite were discussing in their own circles and that assassination was a serious option should the Ron Paul Revolution continue to pick up steam.

Estulin, author of the global bestseller The True Story of the Bilderberg Group described the concept as a “trial balloon from the inner core within the inner core – it hasn’t gone beyond that but it is obviously on the table because I think needless to say they are very much concerned,” he added.

Ron Paul himself has stated on a previous occasion that he is aware of the dangers of being such a bold icon for freedom and understands that political assassinations have occured in the past.

In a June appearance on The Alex Jones Show, Congressman Paul acknowledged that such a threat is “real,” agreeing with a number of historical examples where leaders were killed or attacked for successfully standing up to the system. “That’s right. They’ll do it,” Paul said, making reference with Alex Jones to upstarts like Andrew Jackson, “The Kingfish” Huey Long, Bobby Kennedy, George Washington and even George Wallace.

Estulin pointed out that his past predictions about global events were very accurate because of the solid information provided to him from within Bilderberg and the elite. Over 18 months ago Estulin correctly made the call that the Iran war had been delayed and was probably off the table, which is looking to be exactly the case after the release of the recent National Intelligence Estimate. Estulin in featured at length in Alex Jones’ film Endgame, in which he is also filmed making the prediction based on his sources.

Estulin said his sources were from within the intelligence community and they were telling him that “the people of the highest levels of government – not related in any way at least visually to George W. Bush – the first initial conversation of what might happen if we were to do this,” has taken place.

“The Ron Paul phenomenon has galvanized an entire nation,” said Estulin, adding that both the people who discovered the plot and its potential protagonists are terrified at the consequences of what such an action will be because of the difficulty in judging just how severely the general public will react.

Estulin said that the conspirators, which he described as a “small circle of intimates,” were discussing what the effect would be if Congressman Paul was “removed” – they are being very careful to use the word “remove” rather than more volatile terms, but Estulin was told directly that “remove” was a euphemism for assassinate.

Estulin said he may be able to be more specific on exactly who is discussing such an action in future, but warned that Ron Paul’s staff should be aware of the issue.

Free Market News
December 17, 2007

The mathematics are quite simple. More and more, American presidential politics in 2008 is about one man: the limited government, constitutional candidate Ron Paul. By running under a free-market, constitutionalist banner, Ron Paul (R-Tex) has placed himself in opposition to seemingly every other presidential candidate and given the Washington power structure the shimmies and shakes.

The recent “mass donation day” that just netted the candidate around $6 million or more in 24-hours is likely the last straw. The mainstream media surely cannot continue to pretend that Ron Paul is anything less than a leading Republican candidate, one who may finish high in both Iowa and New Hampshire, and then go on to do well in the Super Tuesday primaries.

Could he even become the Republican candidate for president? What about a brokered convention? As such, with a low tax, anti-war platform, Ron Paul would probably be difficult for any of the current crop of Democrats to beat. No doubt all of these contingencies are being discussed at fairly high levels in the political establishment.

Enter Mike Bloomberg, the founder and owner of the financial data and news company Bloomberg. Forbes says the mogul is contemplating spending up to 20 percent of his $11 billion fortune to run as an Independent candidate for president.

An “activist” mayor, Bloomberg has run New York City more or less from the left, banning smoking in bars and planning to tax residents and visitors exorbitant amounts of money to discourage them from driving into downtown Manhattan. He obviously sees the role of political leader as a transformative one.

$2 billion can buy a lot of TV time – and perhaps even drown out the increasingly successful message of Ron Paul. Would blitzing the airways with a “mainstream” message paper over “Mayor Mike’s” fairly radical New York City political record? That may be what his backers are hoping.

Though nobody will say so, Bloomberg’s candidacy, if it comes to pass, would likely be aimed – to begin with, anyway (certainly if momentum builds) at Ron Paul. The more successful Ron Paul is, the more desperate his opponents are to stop him. Even if it means hauling in a Wall Street business mogul to spend up to $2 billion of his own funds to do so.

Raw Story
Tuesday December 18, 2007

A Pentagon report to be released Tuesday will accuse Iran of continuing to funnel weapons and technology to fighters in neighboring Iraq even as it cites lower violence overall, US media said.

Fewer fatalities among US and Iraqi troops and wider installation of basic services such as electricity are to be among the positives cited by the US military assessment of Iraq, the Wall Street Journal said citing officials familiar with the report to be given to Congress.

But even with the positives, the report lays attacks in Iraq at the foot of Iranian elements — despite the fact that the use of explosively formed penetrators weapons (EFPs) are down. Some EFPs found in Iraq over the past year have carried Iranian signatures, according to media reports and intelligence officials who spoke to RAW STORY in recent months.

“Military officials say they are trying to reconcile the drop in EFP attacks with other evidence suggesting that Iran is continuing other clandestine activities inside Iraq,” the Journal says. “The Iranian question is an increasingly central concern for U.S. military commanders and senior policy makers who are trying to decide whether to broaden the Bush administration’s tentative diplomatic outreach to Tehran in the hope of winning further Iranian cooperation in stabilizing Iraq.”

The report “also will reiterate US accusations that Iran is sending sophisticated explosives, rockets and mortars into Iraq,” the newspaper said.

“It’s not arguing that Iran’s behavior is getting worse, but it’s also not arguing that Iran’s behavior is getting better,” the report quoted one US officer as saying.

The assessment was also to highlight political instability and the difficulties faced by the government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

US commanders have in the past accused Iran of providing covert support to Iraq extremists, but amid a sharp reduction in violence in recent weeks they have said the alleged support appears to have ended.

Iran has consistently denied providing Iraqi militias with funding or training.

A report on foreign fighters in Iraq from last month also reveals that few Iranians are crossing the border between the two countries to fight US troops. Of more than 700 foreign fighters in the country, just 11 came from Iran, according to data captured at an insurgent camp, the New York Times, reported in November.

Bellicose establishment hacks like O’Reilly and Beck pray for another attack so they can blame it on peaceful activists who are putting them to shame.

A disturbing trend has emerged amongst establishment “news” hacks who are raising the same talking point ad infinitum, dubbing the global truth movement as “anarchists” and violent individuals who may be aiding terrorists, and praying for another attack in America so they can blame peaceful activists who are consistently putting the Neo-Cons to shame.

Over the past weeks and months talking heads such as Fox News bigot Bill O’Reilly and his frothing caricature Glenn Beck over on CNN, have specifically targeted 9/11 truthers in segments designed to portray the movement as dangerous and sow the seed in the minds of what viewers they have left that peaceful truth seekers are actually in league with violent terrorists.

Two weeks ago Beck aired a response to the We Are Change infiltration of Bill Maher’s show in which he stated:

“These truthers are exactly the kind of people who want to rock this nation’s foundation, tear us apart and plant the seeds of dissatisfaction in all of us.”

At one point Beck even suggested that the 9/11 truth movement is “the kind of group a Timothy McVeigh would come from”, insinuating the movement is intent on violence and terrorism.

In thousands of 9/11 protests over the course of the last six years, not one person has been arrested for violent conduct. To carte blanche suggest that the truth movement is dangerous, “a threat to children” and intent on violence is extremely inflammatory and indicates just how afraid of everyday people investigating and debating the facts people like Glenn Beck actually are.

The core of the 9/11 truth movement is composed of well educated and rational thinking individuals who are strictly opposed to violence and are intent on protecting a free and peaceful society which has been under dire threat ever since the attacks of 9/11 and the ensuing cover up.

Furthermore, the movement represents the very antithesis of anarchism in that it is actively seeking to restore and protect our traditional form of government which has been usurped by an unaccountable cabal that continues to operate outside of Constitutional law and with little restraint, using 9/11 as justification.

Most recently Bill O’Reilly has been running segments, such as the one below, suggesting that questions over 9/11, the war on terror and the war in Iraq are “going to lead to violence”:

O’Reilly flat out states “This is going to lead to death” and makes all kind of threats stating, “If they are not reigned in by the authorities, and they should be…somebody is going to get hurt.”

We could announce that Bill O’Reilly is dangerous and aids terrorists, based on O’Reilly’s own standard for claiming that people are dangerous and aid terrorists – i.e. no evidence whatsoever except the fact that he disagrees with their politics.

If anyone is a threat to the American way of life then it’s Beck and O’Reilly – having implicated themselves with a history of repugnant statements proving they are enemies of the Constitution and the freedoms that define America.

In addition, the only violent statements made on 9/11 truth websites have been written by trolls and debunkers attempting to discredit the movement – they should be investigated for advocating violence, not peaceful activists who are merely trying to speak truth to power.

People like O’Reilly and Glenn Beck would relish the opportunity to have their baseless allegations “proved right”, and should some act of violence or terrorism be carried out, whether real or staged, they would love to blame it on the 9/11 truth movement, in a similar way to how the patriot movement was blamed for the OKC bombing in 1995.

With the explosion of the alternative media and with more and more people confronting government officials and elitist figures from the US to Canada to the UK, in “guerilla journalism” style, the mainstream media has come to realize that they can no longer get away with reporting only one side of the story.

Figures like Beck and O’Reilly are running scared because they know the people are no longer buying into their manipulative propaganda and are searching for the truth themselves.

Such shameful tactics are not going to work because the horse has already bolted and the seeds of truth have been scattered over the globe by the winds of change.

What we are witnessing is the establishment’s desperate attempt to cling onto their information monopoly as the Internet, alternative radio and guerilla activism grow in leaps and bounds while the mainstream withers away and loses all credibility.

As Gandhi said – First they ignore us, then they laugh at us, and then they attack us.

Then we win.
